We have 1 bed/1 bath & 3 bed/2 bath & 2 bed + utility room/2 bath apartments available in Monroe! The 1 bed/1 bath apartments are $1850/month. For a 3 bed/2 bath & 2 bed + utility room/2 bath apartment, ground-floor units are $2600, and 2nd-floor and 3rd-floor units are $2500 monthly rents. Additionally, there is a flat $30/month garbage fee and electricity, water & sewer are metered so only tenant's usage is tenant's responsibility. First assigned parking space is included in the rent and any additional (up to two) are $50/month per space.

We are pet friendly with a monthly pet rent of $35/month. There is also a nonrefundable one-time pet fee of $300/pet. Join our pet-friendly community and make friends with Dirty Martini (our most stylish pup).

All applications are $50/person and complete online. Once the applications are approved, the initial move-in funds include full first month's rent and a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent (with good credit).
